A model for International Aid

The artists impression illustrates the rural growing solution for communities in specific international contexts, such as Africa, that have insufficient infrastructure to meet their food requirements.

The design provides food for 200 plus people and allows provisions for growing root vegetables, a greenhouse for leafy greens and an insect proof cover for longer harvest crops.

The greenhouse solution incorporates all irrigation requirements, solar panels and storage for preserving surplus produce between crops. Greenhouses can be scaled up to suit the food requirements of the community and arrive in either 20ft or 40ft containers. The container itself becomes cold storage for surplus produce and a site to house the solar panels and water tanks.
