Food Ladder CEO discusses early childhood nutrition at the National Rural Health Conference

This month Food Ladder CEO Kelly McJannett presented at the National Rural Health Conference in Hobart, Tasmania.

There she spoke about how becoming a mother has changed her outlook on life and how being faced with the immense responsibility of parenthood, where ones sole motivation is to raise their child to be happy and healthy, it has become all the more alarming that so many Australian mothers do not have access to the critically-necessary healthy food that underpins their nutrition and the nutrition of their child.

Take a listen to Kelly’s speech here as she explains just how Food Ladder is investing in early childhood nutrition, and by doing so, combatting entrenched poverty in rural and regional Australia.
